Yellow Cabbage Thoran (Tumis Kol Kuning )

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage 250gm
  • 5 pcs Green Chili (Chopped)
  • 1 pcs Union (check Gallery)
  • 1 pcs Garlic
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Mustard  Seeds (check Gallery)
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut Oil

Process:

  • Boil cabbage with turmeric powder around 10 minutes. Lift and drain.
  • Heat coconut oil in the pan oil, put mustard seeds.
  • Wait until mustard seeds breaks and then add onion, garlic, chili powder, ginger.
  • Stir until fragrant, mix well. Add garam masala and curry leaves.
  • Then put boiled cabbage, mix well again.
  • Put salt to taste and mix well.
  • Saute only for 10 minutes, because cabbage has been boiled already.
  • Yellow Cabbage Thoran ready to serve hot with rice.

Tumis Kol Kuning

Bahan-Bahan

  1. 250gm Kol
  2. 5 biji Cabai Hijau (Rajang)
  3. 1 Siung Bawang Merah yang besar
  4. 1 siung Bawang Putih
  5. 1 sdt Garam Masala
  6. 1 sdt Bubuk Kunyit
  7. 1 sdt Bubuk Cabai Merah (Optional)
  8. 1 sdt Biji Mustar
  9. 1 inchi Jahe
  10. Garam secukupnya
  11. Daun Kari Secukupnya
  12. Minyak Goreng untuk menumis

Cara Membuatnya:

  • Rebus Kol beserta bubuk kunyit selama 10 menit. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  • Panaskan minyak untuk menumis, masukkan biji mustar. Tunggu sampai biji mustar mengeluarkan suara letusan (pop-pop-pop)
  • Setelah itu masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai hijau, bubuk cabai merah, jahe.
  • Tumis sampai harum, aduk rata. Tambahkan garam masala dan daun Kari/Salam Koja.
  • Kemudian masukkan kol yang sudah direbus tadi, aduk merata.
  • Tambahkan garam secukupnya.
  • Tumis hanya sekitar 10 menit karena kol sudah direbus jadi prosesnya lebih cepat.
  • Tumis Kol Kuning Siap disajikan.
