Tumis Pepaya Muda
Bahan-Bahan:
- 1 Buah Pepaya Muda ukuran sedang (iris halus-halus)
- 2 sdt Biji Mustar
- 2 sdt Tepung Kunyit
- 2 sdt Cabai Bubuk Kasar
- 6 Buah Cabai Hijau (Sliced)
- 3 Siung Bawang Merah (Sliced)
- 1 Siung Bawang Putih (Sliced)
- 10 Lembar Daun Kari
- Garam Secukupnya
- Minyak untuk menumis
Cara Membuatnya:
- Rebus Pepaya Muda selama 10 menit atau setengah matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
- Panaskan minyak dipenggorengan, masukkan biji mustar, tunggu sampai mengeluarkan suara pop-pop kemudian tambahkan bawang putih, bawang merah, cabai hijau, tumis sampai harum.
- Kemudian tambahkan, cabai bubuk, tepung kunyit aduk rata.
- Masukkan pepaya muda rebus kedalamnya, aduk rata agar bumbu tercampur. Tambahkan garam dan daun kari. Aduk rata lagi agar garam tercampur rata.
- Tumis Pepaya Muda Siap disajikan.
Raw Papaya Saute
Ingredients:
- 1 Raw Papaya – Medium Size (Sliced)
- 2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 6 Green Chili (Sliced)
- 3 Red Onion (Sliced)
- 1 Garlic (Sliced)
- 10 Curry Leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil for saute
Method:
- Boil the raw papaya for 10 minutes. Drain and put to the bowl
- Heat oil in pan, put mustard seeds, waiting until the sound come then add garlic, red onion and green chili into it. Saute until fragrant.
- Then add chili powder and turmeric powder, stir well.
- Add the boiled raw papaya into it, mix well for mixed seasoning. Then put salt and curry leaves, mix well again for the salt to mix well.
- Sauted Raw Papaya is ready to serve.
