Spicy Drumstick Thoran (Tumis Pedas Sayur Kelor/Klentang)

Ingredients:

  • 250 gram Drumstick
  • 2 tsp Pop/Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 3 tsp Chili Powder
  • 6 Cloves a small onion (Chopped)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 15 Curry Leaves
  • Salt to Taste
  • Coconut Oil for Saute
  • Little Water

 

Process:

  • Boil drumstick vegetable with turmeric powder for 10 minutes. Strain and put it in a bowl.
  • Heat coconut oil for sautéing, put onion and garlic into it. Sauté and stir well.
  • Mix well until onion color change to brown, and then put chili powder, garam masala, black pepper and salt. Mix well again until ingredients are all mixed.
  • Add drumstick that have been boiled with Curry leaves and stir well.
  • Add a little water, stir well until dry.
  • After dried, take drumstick and ready to served

 


Sayur Kelor/Klentang Tumis Pedas

Bahan-Bahan:

  1. 250 gram Sayur Kelor
  2. 2 sdt biji Mustar
  3. 1 sdt Bubuk Kunyit
  4. 3 sdt Cabai Bubuk Kering
  5. 6 Siung Bawang Merah Kecil (Rajang)
  6. 2 Siung Bawang Putih (Rajang)
  7. 1 sdt Garam Masala
  8. ½ sdt Merica Hitam
  9. 15 lembar Daun Kari
  10. Garam secukupnya
  11. Minyak Kelapa untuk menumis
  12. Sedikit air

 

Cara Membuatnya:

  • Rebus Sayur Kelor beserta bubuk kunyit selama 15 menit. Saring dan taruh kedalam mangkuk.
  • Panaskan minyak untuk menumis, masukkan bawang merah dan bawang putih kedalamnya. Tumis dan aduk rata.
  • Aduk rata sampai bawang berwarna kecoklatan, masukkan cabai bubuk, garam masala, merica hitam dan garam. Aduk rata lagi sampai bahan semua tercampur.
  • Kemudian masukkan sayur kelur yang sudah direbus beserta daun Kari. Aduk rata.
  • Tambahkan sedikit air. Aduk rata sampai kering.
  • Setelah kering, Sayur kelor siap diangkat dan disajikan
