The Simple Recipe of Long Bean Thoran feat Curry Leaves (Resep Tumis Kacang Panjang Pakai Daun Kari Praktis)

Ingredients:

  1. 250 gram Long beans
  2. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 
  3. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  4. 2 tsp Chilli Dried Powder
  5. 5 Shallots Red Onion
  6. 10 pieces of Curry Leaves
  7. Ginger to taste Salt to taste
  8. Coconut Oil to saute sufficiently

Process:

  • Boil the beans with turmeric flour for 10 minutes, remove and drain.
  • Saute the onion until it feels good.
  • Add ginger and salt masala and curry leaves. stir well.
  • Add dried chili powder, salt and vegetables long beans that have been boiled earlier.
  • Saute for 10 minutes. If you want spicy may be added again chili powder dry.
  • Sauteed Long Beans ready to serve 🙂

Tumis Kacang Panjang Pakai Daun Kari

Bahan-Bahan:

  1. Kacang Panjang
  2. 1 sdt Tepung Kunyit
  3. 1 sdt Garam Masala
  4. 2 sdt Cabai Kering Bubuk
  5. 5 Siung Bawang Merah
  6. 10 lembar Daun Kari
  7. Jahe secukupnya
  8. Garam secukupnya
  9. Minyak Kelapa untuk menumis secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya:

  • Rebus kacang panjang pakai tepung kunyit selama 10 menit, angkat dan tiriskan.
  • Tumis bawang merah sampai terasa harum.
  • Masukkan jahe dan garam masala dan daun kari. aduk sampai rata.
  • Tambahkan cabai kering bubuk, garam dan sayur kacang panjang yang sudah direbus tadi.
  • Tumis selama 10 menit. Kalau mau pedas boleh ditambahkan lagi cabai bubuk keringnya.
  • Tumis Kacang panjang siap disajikan 🙂
