Telur Rebus Sambal Daun Kari

Bahan-Bahan

  1. 4 butir Telur Ayam
  2. 2 buah Bawang Merah Besar (Iris)
  3. 2 buah Bawang Putih
  4. 1 sdt Biji Mustar
  5. 3 sdm Cabai Merah Giling Kering
  6. 1 buah Tomat ukuran sedang
  7. 1 sdt Garam Masala
  8. 1 sdt Lada Hitam
  9. 12 helai Daun Kari
  10. Garam Secukupnya
  11. Air sedikit
  12. Minyak Goreng untuk Menumis

 

Cara Membuatnya:

  • Rebus telur selama 10 menit dengan api besar. Saring dan bersihkan kulitnya. Kemudian goreng selama 3 menit.
  • Masukkan biji mustar ke bekas minyak yang digunakan untuk menggoreng telur sebelumnya, tunggu sampai mengeluarkan suara pop-pop baru tambahkan bawang merah, bawang putih. Tumis sampai harum.
  • Kemudian tambahkan cabai merah giling kering beserta tomat. Aduk rata sampai bawang dan tomat tercampur.
  • Tambahkan garam, garam masala kedalamnya beserta lada hitam. Aduk lagi sampai semua tercampur.
  • Tuang air sedikit kedalamnya. Tunggu sampai tomat melumer kemudian masukkan telur beserta daun kari. Tumis selama 5 menit.
  • Angkat letakkan ke pring, telur Sambal Daun Kari siap disajikan.

Chili Egg Sauce with Curry Leaves

Ingredients

  1. 4 Chicken Eggs
  2. 2 Big Red Onion (Chopped)
  3. 2 Garlic
  4. 1 tsp of Mustard Seeds
  5. 3 tablespoons Chili Powder
  6. 12 Curry Leaves 
  7. 1 Tomato (Medium Size)
  8. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  9. 1 tsp Black Pepper
  10. Salt to taste
  11. A little Water
  12. Oil for fry

 

Process:

  • Boil eggs for 10 minutes with big flame. Strain and cleanse the skin then fry for 3 minutes. Take and drain the oil and keep aside
  • Drop the mustard seeds into the oil that used for frying eggs before, and wait until the pop-pop sounds then add onion, garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  • Then add dried milled chilies with tomatoes. Mix well until the onions and tomatoes are mixed.
  • Add salt , garam masala and black pepper. Stir again until all mixed.
  • Pour some water into it. Wait until the tomatoes melt and then put the eggs along with the curry leaves. Saute for 5 minutes.
  • Lift put to plate, Egg Chili Sauce with Curry Leaves is ready to serve.
