Ayam Pedas Pasta Tomat
Bahan – Bahan:
- 4 dada ayam, potong kecil-kecil
- 1 bawang bombay besar, potong dadu
- 2 siung bawang putih, keprak
- 5 Buah Cabai Hijau – Iris – Iris
- 2 x 400g tomat cincang
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 Sendok Teh Cabai Bubuk
- 1 Sendok Teh Lada Hitam
- 1 Sendok Teh Gula Pasir
- Minyak Zaitun untuk menumis
- Garam Secukupnya
Cara Membuat:
- Panaskan minyak zaitun diatas panci penggorengan denagn api sedang.
- Lalu masukkan bawang bombay, bawang putih, dan cabai bubuk. Tumis sekitar 5 menit, atau sampai bawang lunak dan pucat (tidak keemasan)
- Tambahkan ayam, dengan sedikit garam dan lada hitam, ke wajan dan masak sampai semua lembut, tapi jangan sampai coklat.
- Kemudian tambahkan tomat, jus 1/2 lemon, cabai hijau, garam dan gula pasir. Aduk rata dengan api besar samapi menjadi pasta
- Biarkan pasta sampai mengental dan kemudian kurangi panas sampai suhu rendah. Tutupi panci dan biarkan mendidih selama 45 menit, aduk sesekali.

Simply Spicy Chicken Tomato Pasta
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, smashed
- 5 Green Chili – diced
- 2 x 400g chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Olive oil for sauteing
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat olive oil over a frying pan with medium heat.
- Then put onions, garlic, and chili powder. Saute about 5 minutes, or until softened and pale (not golden).
- Add the chicken, with salt and black pepper, to the pan and cook until all is soft and sealed, but do not browning.
- Keep on heat and then add the tomatoes, 1/2 lemon juice, green chili and granulated sugar. Stir well with a high heat until it becomes a paste.
- Cover the pot and allow to simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Allow the paste to thicken and then reduce the heat to a low temperature. Cover the pan and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spicy Chicken Tomato Pasta is ready to serve
