Sapi Goreng Kering Pakai Kelapa (Beef Dry Fry with Coconut)

Bahan-Bahan:

  1. 500 gram Daging Sapi (Potong Sesuai Selera)
  2. 4 siung Bawang Merah
  3. 2 sendok teh Ketumbar
  4. 1/2 sendok teh Jintan yang Gemuk2
  5. 1 sendok teh Cabai bubuk
  6. 1 sendok teh Bubuk Kunyit/Tepung Kunyit
  7. 4 siung Bawang Putih
  8. 2 inchi Jahe
  9. 1/2 sendok teh bubu Merica Hitam
  10. 8 biji Cabai Merah Kering
  11. 30 lembar Daun Salam Koja/Daun Kari
  12. 1/2 sendok teh Garam Masala
  13. 1 sendok teh Garam
  14. 1 sendok teh Minyak Kelapa
  15. 1 sendok teh Minyak Sayur
  16. 50 g Kelapa Segar (Potong kecil/dadu)

Cara Membuatnya:

Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, jintan dan jahe. Setelah halus campurkan ke daging beserta bubuk kunyit, merica hitam, cabai bubuk, penyedap rasa, garam dan ketumbar. Aduk merata sampai tercampur kesuluruh daging. Tambahkan Garam Masala. Aduk sampai rata.  Panaskan minyak kedalam wajan, masukkan daging yang sudah dilumuri bumbu tadi, aduk sampai rata sekitar 15 menit sampai daging berwarna kecoklatan dan bumbu tercampur merata kesuluruh daging masukkan daun salam koja/daun kari, cabai kering dan kelapa. Aduk merata sampai harum (5 menit). Setelah itu daging siap disajikan.

Beef Dry Fry with Coconut

Ingredients:

  1. 500 grams Beef (Cut to Appropriate)
  2. 4 Big Red Onion (Chopped)
  3. 2 teaspoons Coriander
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  5. 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder  
  7. 4 Garlic (Chopped)
  8. 2 inches Ginger
  9. 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  10. 8 red Dry Chilli Powder
  11. 30 Curry Leaves
  12. 1/2 Garam Masala
  13. 1 teaspoon Salt
  14. 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  15. 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  16. 50 g Fresh Coconut (Small Cut / Dice)

Process:

Puree onions, garlic, cumin and ginger. After finely mixed into the meat with turmeric powder, black pepper, chilli powder, flavoring, salt and coriander. Stir evenly until mixed with the meat. Add Garam Masala. Stir well. Heat the oil into a pan, add the spiced meat, stirring until about 15 minutes until the meat into brwon color and the spices are evenly mixed with all the meat, put  curry leaves, dried chilli and coconut. Stir evenly until fragrant (5 minutes). After that the meat is ready to be served.
