Resep Simple Telur Kari (The Simple Recipe Egg Curry Simple)

Simple Egg Curry Recipe

Telur Kari/Egg Curry

Bahan-Bahan:

  • 4 butir Telur Ayam
  • 2 buah Bawang Merah besar (iris)
  • 2 siung Bawang Putih (iris)
  • 2 sdt Garam Masala
  • 1 sdt Cabai Bubuk
  • 2 sdt Tepung Kunyit
  • 1 sdt Ketumbar
  • 1 sdt Merica
  • 4 buah Cabai Hijau (Iris)
  • ½ Butir Santan Kelapa Kental
  • 1 ruas jari Jahe (Keprak)
  • 15 lembar Daun Kari/Salam Koja
  • Minyak untuk menumis
  • Garam Secukupnya

 

Cara Membuatnya:

  • Rebus telur dahulu selama 15 menit. Setelah itu angkat dan kupas kulitnya.
  • Panaskan minyak dipenggorengan, masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, jahe, tumis sampai harum dan warna berubah.
  • Masukkan cabai bubuk, tepung kunyit, garam masala, ketumbar, merica tumis dan aduk rata sampai bawang berubah menjadi berwana kuning.
  • Kemudian tambahkan cabai hijau dan daun kari, aduk merata selama 5 menit.
  • Masukkan santan setelah 5 menit, campur merata selama 10 menit kemudian masukkan telur rebus dan garam.
  • Rebus selama 5 menit lagi. Setelah 5 menit, telur kari siap disajkian.
  • Selamat mencoba.

 


Egg Curry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken Egg
  • 2 Big Red Onion (Chopped)
  • 2 Garlic (Chopped)
  • 2 tsp garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 4 Green Chili (Chopped)
  • ½ grains of Coconut Oil
  • 1 inch Ginger (Smash)
  • 15 Curry Leaves
  • Coconut Oil or Sauté
  • Salt to taste

 

Process:

  • Boil eggs for 15 minutes, drain and peel the skin
  • Heat the oil into the pan, put red onion, garlic, ginger sauté until fragrant and color change into the brown.
  • Add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt masala, coriander, stir fry and stir well until the onion turns into yellow color.
  • Then add green chili and curry leaves, stirring evenly for 5 minutes.
  • Put the coconut mix evenly for 10 minutes then add the boiled egg and salt.
  • Boil for 5 more minutes. After 5 minutes, the curry egg is ready for served.
