APPLE PIE CARAMEL RECIPE
For The Pastry:
- 300 Gram of Wheat Flour
- 2 Yellow Eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 40 Grams of Flour Sugar
- 150 Gram Margarine
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cold Water
For The Filling:
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 500 grams of green apples
- 2 cloves
- 100 ml of hot water
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 50 grams of raisins
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Clean apples equally.
