Resep Membuat Kue Apam (Palappam Recipe)

Di India biasanya apam/palappam disajikan saat sarapan pagi dengan telur kari, daging sapi atau kari ayam. Sekarang tergantung selera ya Bunda. Silahkan mencoba 🙂

Kue Apam:

Bahan-Bahan:

  • 250 gram Beras Putih Mentah
  • 1 sdt Ragi
  • 1 sdt Gula Putih
  • 250 ml Susu Cair (Sudah di rebus)
  • 5 sendok makan Nasi Putih
  • 1 butir Santan Kelapa
  • Garam secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya:

Masukkan nasi putih ke dalam mangkuk dan tambahkan air lalu simpan selama sekitar 5 jam. Buat campuran ragi, gula dan susu rebus. Setelah 5 jam ambil mangkuk nasi putih tadi dan keringkan airnya. Kemudian campurkan dalam mixer dengan nasi rebus dan santan. Tambahkan campuran ragi, garam & gula dan simpan selama beberapa waktu. Setelah tingkat campuran meningkat dengan baik, Anda bisa mulai membuat Apam/Palappam satu per satu. Pastikan bahwa kompor harus berada dalam api kecil dan wajan harus ditutup begitu anda memasukkan campurannya.


Palappam

Ingredients:

  • White rice -250gm
  • Mixture of Yeast – 1 teaspoon + Sugar 1 tablespoon + boiled milk 250ml
  • White rice boiled- 5 tablespoon
  • Coconut milk – 1
  • Salt to taste

Process:

Put white rice in a bowl and add water then keep it for about 5 hours . Make mixture of Yeast, sugar and boiled milk. After 5 hours take white rice bowl and drain it. Then blend it in a mixer with boiled rice and coconut milk. Add the yeast mixture ,salt & sugar  and keep it for some time. Once the mixture level increased well you can start making Palappam one by one . Make sure that stove must be in low heat and pan should cover once you put the mixture .
