Resep Membuat Garam Masala (Penyedap Rasa India)

Bahan untuk Membuat Garam Masala:

  1. 2 sendok teh Ketumbar.
  2. 1/4 sendok teh Jintan Manis
  3. 2 butir Bunga Lawang
  4. 3 butir Kapulaga
  5. 1 sendok Makan Merica Hitam
  6. 1 sendok teh Jintan yang Besar.
  7. 2 inch Kulit/Kayu Manis.
  8. 2 biji Cengkeh.
  9. 3 butir Pala.
  10. 2 butir Kemiri
  11. Daun Salam Koja/Daun Kari (secukupnya).
  12. Giling sampai halus.
  13. Catatan : Jumlah kebutuhan bisa ditambah untuk disimpan agar bisa digunakan sehari-hari.

How to Make Garam Masala:

  1. 2 tsp Coriander
  2. 1/4 tsp Sweet Cumin
  3. 2 Star Anise
  4. 3 Cardamon
  5. 1 tsp Black Pepper
  6. 1 tsp Cumin
  7. 1 inch Cinnamon
  8. 2 Cloves
  9. 3 Nutmeg
  10. 2 Candle Nut
  11. Curry Leaves

All the spices are ground until smooth. The number of needs can be added to be stored in order to be used daily.
