Resep Ayam Pedas (Chicken Teekha Recipe)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 kg Chicken Boneless (cubes)
  2. 2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  3. 15 g Coriander
  4. Black salt (just a pinch)
  5. 200 ml Mustard Oil
  1. 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  2. 2 tsp Onion (pasta)
  3. 3 pcs Garlic (Chopped)
  4. 300 g Onion (Chopped)
  5. 1 tbsp Ginger (Chopped)
  6. 250 g Tomatoes Sauce
  7. 7 Green Chillies
  8. Curry Leaves
  9. 5 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  10. 2 tsp Cumin Powder
  11. 1 tsp Black Pepper, crushed
  12. 10 g Mint Leaves
  13. Salt to Taste

Method:

  • Heat the mustard oil to the Pan
  • Add mustard seeds, fennel & Onion (paste), once colour change and they released flavor
  • Add Garlic chopped, onion chopped, ginger chopped, tomato paste and chillies. Make the onions turns into brown
  • In other side, fry curry leaves separately and crush them.
  • Put Chicken to the pan. Stir for few minutes. Fry it.
  • Add the rest of ingredients to the chicken. Continue mix them well
  • Cooking around 15 minutes with the low flame
  • Add the fry curry leaves and mint leaves as garnish
  • Chicken Teekha ready to eat J

 

Ayam Pedas (Resep India)

Bahan yang dibutuhkan:

  1. 1 kg Ayam tanpa tulang (potong dadu)
  2. 2 sendok the biji Mustard
  3. 15 g Ketumbar
  4. Garam Hitam secukupnya
  5. 200 ml Minyak Mustard
  6. 1 sendok teh Jintan
  7. 2 sendok the Bawang Merah besar (Haluskan)
  8. 3 siung garlic (Iris Halus)
  9. 300 g Bawang Merah besar
  10. 1 sendok makan Jahe (Haluskan)
  11. 250 G Saos Tomat
  12. 7 buah Cabai Hijau
  13. Daun Kari secukupnya (Daun Salam Koja)
  14. 3 sendok malam Cabai bubuk
  15. 2 sendok the Kapulaga bakar
  16. 1 sendok teh Merica Hitam (Keprak)
  17. 10 g Daun Mint (haluskan)
  18. Garam secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya:

  • Panaskan minyak mustard ke penggorengan
  • Masukkan biji mustard, jintan dan bawang merah pasta tumis hingga warna berubah dan menghasilkan bumbu.
  • Tambahkan bawang putih yang sudah di iris, bawang merah yang sudah di iris, jahe, saos tomat dan cabai hijau. Tumis semuanya sampai bawang berubah warna kecoklatan.
  • Disisi lain, tumis daun kari dengan minyak sedikit. Pisahkan.
  • Masukkan ayam kedalam penggorengan, aduk beberapa menit. Goreng.
  • Masukkan sisa bumbu kedalamnya, sambil terus diauduk rata agar semua bahan tercampur.
  • Masak sekitar 15 menit dengan api kecil.
  • Setelah matang masukkan daun kari yang ditumis tadi beserta daun mint.
  • Ayam Pedas India siap disajikan J
