Mie Goreng Sapi Pedas
Bahan-Bahan:
- 500 gram Mie Putih
- Sedikit Daging Sapi Rebus (Potong Kecil)
- 10 buah Cabai Rawit (Tumbuk Kasar)
- 2 sdt Biji Mustar
- 2 Siung Bawang Putih (Iris)
- 5 Siung Bawang Merah (Iris)
- 1 sdt Minyak Sayur
- 1 sdt Kunyit Bubuk
- 1 sdt Kecap Manis
- 1/2 sdt Kecap Asin
- 1/2 sdt Merica Halus
- Minyak Untuk Menumis
- Daun Bawang
- Kol secukupnya
- Garam Secukupnya
Cara Membuatnya:
- Rebus Indomie sekitar 10 menit beserta minyak sayur, saring dan buang airnya.
- Panaskan minyak, masukkan biji mustar, tunggu sampai mengeluarkan suara pop-pop, kemudian masukkan daging sapi rebus, bawang merah dan bawang putih dan kol, tumis sampai harum dan daging sapi menjadi lembut.
- Masukkan Rawit beserta mie putih, aduk rata sampai tercampur.
- Kemudian tambahkan kecap manis, merica, kunyit bubuk dan kecap asin, aduk rata sampai kecap tercampur ke dalam mie.
- Terakhir tambahkan daun bawang ke atasnya.
- Mie Goreng Pedas siap disajikan.
Spicy Beef Fried Noodles
Ingredients:
- 500 gram Noodles
- Small Boiled Beef (Small Chopped)
- 2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 10 Small Green Chili (Crushed)
- 2 Garlic (Sliced)
- 5 Red Onion (Sliced)
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Sweet Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt Soya Sauce
- 1/2 Pepper Powder
- Oil for Saute
- 1 Spring Onion
- Small Cabbage
- Salt to tase
Method:
- Boil noodles and put vegetable oil. Boil for 10 minutes. Drain and put to the bowl
- Heat oil in pan, drop mustard seed, wait until the mustard making sound pop-pop then add beef stew, garlic, onion and cabbage. Saute until fragrant and beef tender.
- then put noodles and green chili. Mix well all.
- Add sweet soya sauce, pepper powder, turmeric and salt soya sauce,Mix well until the spices are mixed into noodles and noodles change color to yellow.
- Last step, put spring onion on the top.
- The simple fried noodles is ready to serve.
