Meat Ball Curry


  • 1 kg smooth beef
  • 1 Grain Coconut
  • 10 cloves Garlic (mashed)
  • 100 g Large Onion (mashed)
  • 100 g Red Onion (sliced)
  • 5 g Ginger (mashed)
  • 10 g Pepper Powder
  • 5 g of Cardamom Powder
  • 5 g Sweet Skin Powders
  • 5 g Clove Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 g Turmeric Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 10 ml of vinegar
  • 50 g Tomato
  • 150 g Oil
  • 15 Curry Leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sand Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Fenugreek powder


Take 100 g of red onions, grated coconut, salt and puree. Mix this ingredients into finely minced beef until flattened and shape the meat in the form of balls like meatballs. Heat the oil to sugar and the rest of the sliced ​​onion. After the brownish color take from the pan fry, lift and let stand until cool. Put garlic, ginger, cloves, cardamom, sweet skin, koja leaf, fenugreek, pepper, mustard seed, cumin, turmeric powder and chili powder into the former frying oil onion before. Mix evenly in the frying pan until brownish. Stir in the tomato flat again. Once tasted fragrant and all ingredients mixed evenly including tomatoes, then enter the vinegar, salt and water to taste. Stir evenly. Enter the meat of the balls into it and boil it with low heat. Boil for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes of meat the balls lift and serve.
