Kerala Beef Roast


  • 2 kg Beef (cut into small pieces)
  • 500 g Big Red Onions (fine slices)
  • 250 g Tomato (fine slice)
  • 20g Red Chili Flour
  • 20 g Coriander Powder
  • 200 g Chili Green (chopped)
  • 50 g Ginger (smash)
  • 20 Curry Leaves
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 200 g Edible Oil
  • 50 g Garlic (smash)
  • Salt to taste


Ginger, red chili, coriander mix to beef evenly, add a little water and boil until the meat is half-cooked. Heat oil eat add garlic, onion, tomato, green chilli, curry leaves and Garam Masala. Saute until evenly and fragrant. Once fragrant add the beef and stir evenly. Use a small fire to cook it. Cover meat until cooked. Once cooked it can be served with Chapati, Naan, Poroti and Hot Rice. Good luck!
