This URL is the Official Summary site URL of google.com. The method is you just open this link —-> http://goo.gl/ <—- then type your website/blog name.
2. bitly.com
Open this link —->https://bitly.com/ <—- and type your website/blog name to get short url.
3. TinyURL
Open this link —->http://tinyurl.com/ <—- and type your website/blog name to get short url.
