Beef Dry Fry with Coconut


  1. 500 grams Beef (Cut to Appropriate)
  2. 4 Big Red Onion (Chopped)
  3. 2 teaspoons Coriander
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  5. 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder  
  7. 4 Garlic (Chopped)
  8. 2 inches Ginger
  9. 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  10. 8 red Dry Chilli Powder
  11. 30 Curry Leaves
  12. 1/2 Garam Masala
  13. 1 teaspoon Salt
  14. 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  15. 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  16. 50 g Fresh Coconut (Small Cut / Dice)


Puree onions, garlic, cumin and ginger. After finely mixed into the meat with turmeric powder, black pepper, chilli powder, flavoring, salt and coriander. Stir evenly until mixed with the meat. Add Garam Masala. Stir well. Heat the oil into a pan, add the spiced meat, stirring until about 15 minutes until the meat into brwon color and the spices are evenly mixed with all the meat, put  curry leaves, dried chilli and coconut. Stir evenly until fragrant (5 minutes). After that the meat is ready to be served.
